Room for advancement. Opportunities to learn. Solid leadership.

Cons

We are always in a state of constant growth, so things can get overwhelming at times. But I crave new challenges, so this is more of a pro for me. Others may feel it's a con.

Cons

Drama b/t staff and back stabbing is high school behavior that should not take place at work. Good little community environment of small town TX. Good therapists. Good Techs. Good RN's. but for some reason it is a small gossip hall with the exception of a few employees. Sadly those that should know better; don't.
