      Pros

      Stable company who has been around for over 50+ years, manufacturing, selling and servicing premium products in the field of minimally invasive interventions. A lot of Wolf veterans who have been with the company for more than 25 or 35 years. Especially in the past years many necessary changes were made in the upper management structure. Improvements in the production departments and buildings every year. Telecommuting and full remote work possible. Free coffee and food truck events, 401k, benefits.

      Cons

      Steady leadership setup and smaller company setup, so promotions take much longer compared to corporate setups. Clocking in and out for exempts.

      Company has a great team environment. They celebrate their employees from birthdays to birth announcements and even retirements. They are also very encouraging. Benefits are great with the addition to a nice EAP package
