Management doesn't live in the real world. All they care about are the numbers and they are NOT truly willing to assist down line in growth. All lipservice - no actual performance.

- Holiday shutdown allows for 2 weeks off in addition to regular vacation. - Flexible personal time for salaried employees. - Secure environment. - Very green company. - Decent benefit package plus 401K package. - Profit sharing program for most employees.

Cons

- Very little internal growth opportunites or promotions. - Older and dated infrastructure and equipment. - Management inneficiences and long decision making processes. - Overly stale environments limits creativity and coworker bonding. - Multiple language barriers. - No real telecommuting opportunites. - Break rooms and areas are substandard and devoid of relaxation.
