The pay is extremely low compared to comparable positions at other companies. They will lead you to believe that you can rely on bonuses and you absolutely cannot. Pay raises are less than cost of living increases. Benefits are pathetic... life insurance is horrible compared to other companies, medical coverage has a 30-day waiting period even for prescriptions and continuing care, employees pay a significant amount for annual preventative care appointments and required lab work, vacation provided for higher level employees is identical to vacation provided to entry level employees... I have to assume this all results from the Japanese mindset. This is America. I would strongly suggest that potential employees look elsewhere.
