Friendly staff. Generous PTO/SL. Some benefits are worth receiving. Great mission.

Cons

Non-competitive wages (Fast-Food, Housekeepers, Barista) all make higher wages in our area. High cost of living area with low income. No affordable meal options on campus. Training programs are very lacking. Lack of a cohesive atmosphere.
