This is an organization with good ethics. Unlike large corporate healthcare chains, the management is more human and humane. I appreciate the focus on community outreach and employee well-being, not just on profits.

Cons

Just like any other organization, it has its issues. We don't get enough internal communication about changes and updates.

Pros

I came for the job and stayed for the area. RRH is a fantastic place to work, with supportive management and ample opportunities for professional growth. Beyond the workplace, Ridgecrest offers many hidden gems that make it a truly special place to live. Once I started to discover these, I understood why the locals are so attached to this community. It's rare to find a modern healthcare center that offers such a balanced, slower-paced lifestyle.

Cons

At first glance, Ridgecrest might seem a bit bare, I was terrified. But once you start to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding it and the tight-knit community, you won't want to leave.
