Pros

Seriously, nothing I can think of at all.

Cons

Bunch of adults acting like high schoolers. Very low pay. I get it cost of living is cheaper, but they could do better. Toxic work environment. Work overload is not worth it. Everyone know each other because they all grew up in that town together. Don’t bother taking it up to HR. The worst place I have ever worked at. No room for growth.

Pros

In the beginning, 1st year and and half medical coders were listened to on possible fraud issues.

Cons

For each department, (to me from Hr)”we like to let each department head run it like their own small business”….”the employment policies handbook is more of a guide on what we found to be successful”.
