      Pros

      Was early in tech downsizing, layoffs were one and done (in March, before my time) Got rid of entire old executive team as well, cleaned house, seems like good execs now Super transparent, financials look amazing, profitable for the first time in August Great pay and benefits

      Seems like a few bad egg employees left who try to make everyone feel bad, they need to go A bit chaotic, gotta figure out who's responsible for what on your own

      The onboarding process is amazing and seamless. The managers and leaders were as transparent as they could be with the information they received. Tons of growth opportunities available. No micromanagement. Te leaders embodied the core values and the mission.

      Cons

      Unfortunately big layoffs. The company is growing too fast and should slow down to evaluate its internal infrastructure.
