Pros

You would be working with people from an array of industry backgrounds. Cross-department collaboration is helpful and a great learning experience. Rapidly growing. You have the opportunity to drive initiatives throughout the organization.

Cons

Hard to tell about career advancement, compensation, and team organization due to lack of defining anything - could be a good or bad thing. Diversity initiatives are all talk - across leadership and organization. Open-office plan is very distracting.

Great place to work, if startup life is for you.

Pros

Flexible fast moving in a great environment. Being small, the environment is very collaborative. Groups from engineering, sales, and operations work together to help make a better product at the management and further down. An inclusive work environment that values a diversity of opinions and the opinions or workers when making decisions.

Cons

Due to startup nature, hard to know where it will be in 1 much less 5 years down the road. Collaborative environment can make management structure feel loose. If looking for 'upwards' movement on the chain over time the only absolutely clear way to do that is for the company to grow.

Pros

Gung-ho work environment, everyone gets a say on direction as the company grows, fast-paced, awesome benefits, fun people who are really enthusiastic about work, small enough to still feel like a family

Cons

Can be an uncertain environment as roles are constantly evolving, sometimes solutions for improvement in product go by unacknowledged (stuff is happening so fast)
