      Deep-rooted issues and disorganized uncertainty

      Pros

      -mission makes a real difference in the world -solid coworkers (all the good ones leave though)

      Cons

      -very disorganized and chaotic -strategic plans are one of 2 things...unclear or rapidly changing -lots of egos everywhere -inexperience in leadership leads to poor planning, turbulence, and blame games -long hours expected and encouraged
