      - Established Oil and Gas traditional staffing business

      Cons

      Everything else. Not joking. Including: - Inexperienced and incompetent leadership - Frequent changes in strategic and organizational direction - Absolutely ZERO product at the moment - Worsening situation with investors and stakeholders driven by no product and no product market fit - Essentially all the good people they hired and are hiring leave extremely quickly because they realize the company is in shambles -

      The leadership team is at best absent and at worst actively harmful The culture leaves high achievers feeling burnt out and unworthy as they hit wall after wall People who aren't part of the "tech bro" clique by scoring an Ivy League/Uber/ Consulting BINGO in their personal background will not be promoted in this "meritocracy"

      I had such high hopes for this company and sadly they disappointed me. They talk all this BS about culture and living my their mission when all that is complete LIES!!!!!!!Management was horrible!!!!!!!!!! They only cared about themselves and it was a popularity contest.Company has no idea what direction it wants to go in and just drags people along for the ride just to be faced with a potential lay off later.
