      Pros

      A good company with a solid mission built by some awesome people.

      Cons

      The executive team is fairly transparent, but have had several layoffs with massive changes throughout the company, while the executive team has largely remained the same, with some new folks finally being brought in. The changes point towards a positive future, but can't ignore the repeating patterns over time.
