      Leading salary for Belfast, Using brand new technologies (if you're in a good team), Huge stock award

      Cons

      Recent layoffs on the US side, lack of direction in objectives for the company.

      Pros

      Start-up, fast moving environment. The work you do really helps the company... because they need a lot of help.

      Cons

      Leadership has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Constantly changing vision. Instead of trying to actually build a platform and fix the problem they throw people at the problem and over-hire only to later lay 3/4 of them off. Feels like Theranos in that they are able to raise capital without an actual product. Feels almost fraudulent.

      Pros

      Salary, benefits, and team members were great. Office was fine.

      Cons

      Co-founders lack clarity of vision, guts to swing for the fences, and probably should just go back to Goldman where they belong. Be warned, there is no real product or tech. This is just a staffing agency glammed up to look like a VC startup that built something.
