      The concept of this business was so promising...

      Leadership is clueless. The hiring of tons of ex Uber and Lyft people to Senior Management roles instead of listening to The employees with industry experience was the biggest fail. You are a number. They've had two huge rounds of layoffs that blindsided everyone at the company. Look at the turnover of the HR department and that will tell you all you need to know.

      Unlimited PTO. End of list.

      -Terrible leadership -Terrible communication -Organizational chaos -People team is either completely powerless or completely incompetent -No possibility for advancement for women. They will choose an unqualified man over a woman any day.
