      Decent Company To Scale Your Career

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn new skills and get advancement in your career is very possible. Some of the managers do have hearts and care about their employees. Exceptional talent to work with on a remote basis.

      Cons

      Some of the managers can get stingy about seeing their employees get promoted over them. The rate of promotions for female employees is limited.

      Pros

      Nothing really, probably their unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      These folks don't know how to run a business. They put people in place that don't have the capacity or skillset that can contribute to the company. Huge mercenary culture. Ill-defined vision at best.

      Does not know how to invest in its employees

      Pros

      Smart people and challenging work

      Cons

      Asked to do much more than is expected of your position, you end up wearing many hats. They do not have an employee growth program so no classes, stipends for education, etc. Tend to hire from outside then promote from within.
