      Pros

      Compensation and Benefits are amazing!!! Unfortunately due to COVID some of the other benefits we received were terminated but those other benefits go above and beyond what most companies would have. For the most part the people I worked with were amazing and gave it their all to grow the company

      Cons

      There was a lack of teamwork on the leadership level which in turn impacts the rest of the company. That lack of teamwork has caused chaos and no direction for a lot of the teams. At times multiple teams were working on the same thing at the same time and that got frustrating. Obviously, things are different in each department but what I can tell you was on the operations side things were chaotic and a mess. These issues happened prior to COVID so that's unfortunately not a reason why things were chaotic there.

      Pros

      great people, pay, and benefits. company is growing - which is exciting. beautiful office. strong mission. again, truly great people work here.

      Cons

      very stressful. anxiety is high - everyone there is always anxious and stressed out. demand to be perfect at every level.
