      - competitive pay - good WLB

      Cons

      - C-suite employees are not transparent with anything going on at the company, they laid off half the company with no warning. - The higher-ups are also unwilling to disclose how many people were laid off and are not providing any compensation or retention incentives for those of us who are still at the company.

      - leadership lack of vision is exhausting - acquired staffing firms that have caused more problems than solutions - been a top performer and never promoted
