      Mission oriented company - we're here to empower the skilled trades workforce and solve macro problems within the broader labor market. It's real and fulfilling day in and day out. Leadership has made some significant structural changes over the course of 2021 that has really aligned us as a company. I've been her for over a year and have never felt more motivated by the future direction and trajectory of where we're headed. Highly competent coworkers and intellectually curious environment invested in tackling difficult problems together. Comp, WFH options are all great and super employee friendly.
