Pros

Excellent team, great commitment to building a team culture despite most people joining remotely (thanks, Covid!), modern tech, open and inclusive attitude to team members. The company is making a real difference in its sector.

Cons

Covid has meant we havent been able to establish an office yet, its tough fostering a culture with diverse people all working remotely - but we are doing a decent job of it so far! The name associates us with the oil industry - we deliver across a much broader mix of sectors and are very active in renewables. (name changing soon!)
