      Pros

      Team was really receptive to collaborative work, and manager prioritized meeting team goals while maximizing learning.

      Cons

      The company didn’t have itself figured out completely and it was evident. They had goals for us to reach but didn’t have an idea of how to get there.

One thing to note - I believe the team has done a lot of great work in building out better HR infrastructure over the last 9 months, in particular around our compensation philosophy. It’s not perfect, but some of our historical gaps and inconsistencies have really been right-sized. This has been a big improvement by the leadership team and new people leadership. Mike CEO
