      A roller coaster ride of change as Right tries to define itself in the HR consulting area.

      Pros

      You work with some great people who want to make a difference. There was a high level of collaboration among consultants and a desire to create something unique for the marketplace. Salaries were competitive.

      Cons

      Top leadership continued to make changes in structure that created a "top heavy" consulting organization, which eventually imploded during the economic downturn. In addition, there was not a commitment to invest in some of the consulting areas. Finally, most of the sales force was hired for selling outplacement and few were able to effectively sell consulting services.

      Good employer for flexible work scheduling.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the flexible Work Scheduling both in hours worked and ability to telecommute. Excellent manager and people in my department.

      Cons

      Too much numbers crunching and micro-management. Too many meetings. We had a meeting every week to review statistics. It would have been more helpful to send a quick email containing the stats.
