      Pros

      Great, hardworking peers. Go above and beyond to ensure that candidates get what they need to be successful in their job search. Very creative and resourceful. Pull together to help each other serve candidates needs. Committed and dedicated staff. First line managers very supportive, dedicated and helpful. Try to make sure we have what we need to do the job right.

      Cons

      Sr. management treats project staff as expendable. Cuts salaries, provides no benefits or development opportunities. No acknowledgement of contribution by staff. No recognition that project staff even exist. Does not understand what working with a remote work force means and the implications. Totally clueless.

      Pros

      Great people with strongly aligned values, interesting work, continued investment as it relates to innovation, genuinely headed in the right direction. Looking forward to being with the company for many years to come

      Like anything executing on the strategy is taking longer than we would like it to be. In other words it would be fantastic if the organisation was already at the palce that it headed towards
