      Pros

      Great Colleagues - quality of the professionals that work here are unmatched

      Cons

      Seems like a lot of spinning at the top and time spent with corporate-level highfalutin projects where the company was built on grass-level input and high quality consultants and customer-facing professionals. Voices from the top are the only ones heard or cared about- which erodes morale, energy and freshness. Upon hearing that employees want more communications they have forums to 'listen' but it is just a lecture forum or will listen, but go right back into grand thinking ignoring other voices. Have not seen a fundamental shift in upper management's attitude - 'i am right, you are wrong'

      Wonderful, talented, dedicated team members A lot of freedom to create what clients need

      Cons

      Limited training and product development support, would be difficult if we didn't have so many talent people that make it happen in the field

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with clients who are intelligent, motivated and eager to move forward. Salary is ok to good. Office colleagues are collaborative and interested in overall effectiveness of service delivery.

      Cons

      Senior management. Lack of clear and timely communication which is strange for a company providing this advice to client companies. Zero opportunity for development of any kind, including inability to get time off to participate development oppty's that are self-funded.
