Pros

Most of the employees love helping people and organizations. They are dedicated to supporting the clients and are quality conscious. When you sell a solution you can feel confident that the client will benefit and gain value from it.

Cons

It is extremely political and incompetent mid-level managers, who unfortunately are good at managing upwards, are able to add little or no value to the market, with senior management being clueless to what is really going on.

Leadership takes a long-term view and stays focused on goals, but is flexible in responding to new market conditions. Employees are given clear messages about vision and direction, so it's easy to connect the dots and do our best. Colleagues are fantastic, and committed to doing whatever it take to deliver great services!

Cons

Not a lot of downsides here; I would like to see even more innovation linked with technology enhancements to reach larger global virtual audiences.
