Career transition is a job for passionned peoples. Right is a good place to work as Career Management Consultant. Good colleagues : great Professionals and Experts in their job. A lot of fun in the team despite the activity (career transition) and the company (Read the other reviews) Great relationships with candidates Very good technology (webiste for candidate, for example)

- Lack of respect for Career Management Consultant (they are not only a cost) - Changes, changes, changes...... yes but what for?

The plight of the people served, people who have just lost their jobs through no fault of their own, is desperate and any help given to them is beneficial.

Cons

Management views employees as people who are going to 'take advantage' of their jobs and must be watched, controlled and occasionally rated poorly, despite their performance, to keep in their place.
