Pros

in general, great workplace climate with doomsday overtones set by impending cuts.

Cons

Absolutely no improvement on antique methodologies and zero opportunities for advancement. Low salary and high stress as company is struggling to make ends meet and must overwork consultants in order to do so. High turnover rate: the company is losing employees to competition and settling for less than satisfactory consultants as replacements.

Pros

Bright, talented colleagues. People are willing to go the extra mile for one another on projects; great dedication to customer service. Employees take pride in the contributions they make. We do important work that has a profound impact on lives.

Cons

Manpower is turning it into exactly what they are -- mediocre. People are worked like dogs. Work/life balance is a joke. Lots of burn out and there seems no end it sight. People work here because of their dedication to helping people - certainly not for the compensation.

Pros

The candidates and coworkers are wonderful. Great place to learn new skills and to learn how to network, interview, and work on a resume. Clients are great to work with and some management truly cares about their employees.

Cons

Poor communication, few opportunities for advancement, poor ratings regardless of performance. Poor compensation compared to market. Upper management, especially at the highest levels are focused on sales and internalizing profits rather than the welfare of the company. Sacrificing employee satisfaction to save pennies.
