      Saw potential, but nothing pans out. Overworked and underpaid.

      Pros

      Generous PTO (3 weeks and can take time off as needed as opposed to scheduling it in advance), decent insurance.

      Cons

      Toxic, negative trickle down effect. They promote career building and moving up in the company, but it rarely happens, especially for Admin staff. They will keep temps on as years without making them full time (permanent employees) to avoid paying them more and giving them benefits. The company is going under, so bonuses and raises aren't given. Their cultures & values statements are crap. They don't practice what they preach.

      Great people. Warm, collaborative environment. Ability to work independently, promotes entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      Conservative parent company with a focus on short term profit over innovation is holding the company back from competing with some of the more innovated companies in their industry

      If you deliver you are given a long leash which is great. New hires have been solid.

      Cons

      Business Development is in trouble. Attempt to boost engagement is a joke. what motivates sales is good pay. this is the only firm I know that changes the comp plan annually to REDUCE sales take home pay!! Read the reviews. It is blatantly OBVIOUS that Management is writing phony reviews to boost Glassdoor's average
