Unlimited PTO and obtain some experience

Cons

They waste your time. They expect you to have years experience within a month - two month training. They say you will have 10 week training, beware. You will be micromanaged and don’t ask the same question twice. A lot of information to remember when you are still a trainee. Don’t get blinded by some good benefits they have available, thats just what it is meant to do blind you! The turnover rate of employees are insane. If I could give this company a 0, I would. Don’t be fooled and you were warned!
