Pros

3 days WFH, benefits, decent base pay... overall a great culture for sales reps who want a company that will not micromanage them and a company which grants autonomy... training is great and has you prepared before you hit the phones... 120 calls per day and around 20 demos completed per month are both manageable and attainable KPIs... couldn't be more happy with this role

Cons

base pay could be about 5k higher for industry standards, i suggest giving this pay increase after the SDR is out of training rather than just a 1k increase in pay

Pros

The work culture and environment at RightCapital is amazing. My teammates were so friendly, it was easy to feel comfortable with my choice to join RC early on. The CEO even went out of his way in the first two weeks to meet me and actually get to know me. This was unheard of in my past roles. For someone who was looking to gain experience and knowledge for a Finance career, this role was perfect. You get to communicate/collaborate with CFPs on a daily basis which will help you gain a wealth of knowledge. This foundation will help me going forward in my Finance career and has helped me be intelligent with my personal finances. Even as a company on the smaller side, they provide plenty of options for growth. Even if support is not the right fit for you, they provide you the opportunity to transition to a new department. I only have great things to say about the company, the employees, and my experience at RC.

Cons

The role can be daunting at first as there is a ton to learn about finance, customer service, and of course the tech. However, between my teammates willingness to help, the internal resources, and the “ramp up” training they have in place - you have a great support system to succeed.
