Very Poorly run and at times unethical

Pros

Some people are nice and stuck as well.

Cons

This company is so poor in ethics and leadership that one should just run away from it. Whether it is just giving into client needs with "no major spine" discussions or putting accountability on roles who have nothing to do with client relationships, this company runs on how close you can be to leadership. Account team is one of most laid back and slow that I have come across in a consulting company. They want everyone else to be responsible for client relationships except themselves which is their main job. Bonuses are a joke with a paltry amount you would feel you got nothing. Run and stay away.

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive. They sold out to a company in India, and are currently replacing US developers with new offshore devs in new Indian offices. Would have monthly all-hands calls that barely discussed finances or sales, instead they'd force feed us slides about race etc. For awhile in emails and presentations they spelled woman "womxn" - eye roll. A lot of their clients are spoiled atrocious brats. A furniture store client ran off a few good devs but the sales and management folks could not have cared less. Beyond treating us terribly, they'd force us to do unethical work like manipulating users into signing up for predatory financing plans, or hiding reviews that were lower than three stars. Every single holiday they'd make us sign up for "shifts" to be "on call" for website issues, which was an excuse for the client to harass us on our time off. Always changing the health plan, at one point they cut our mental health care so badly people couldn't see their existing therapists anymore. Multiple rounds of layoffs recently. Apply at your own risk.

Pros

I’ve always thought Rightpoint was the best place I have worked but it was confirmed with how the company is handling the COVID-19 crisis. Super communicative. Highly transparent. Authentic. I’m super impressed with this company and feel honored to work with such great people.

Cons

I have worked here 5 years and right now, I don’t have any cons!
