Pros

Work from Home. No other pros. This company is a trap

Cons

I recently had the misfortune of working with RightPoint, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most regrettable experiences of my professional career. The company's complete lack of culture, combined with their incompetent offshore management, made for an excruciatingly frustrating and demoralizing ordeal. Right from the start, it became evident that the company's leadership had no interest in fostering a positive work environment or nurturing a company culture. There was no sense of camaraderie or shared values among employees, leading to a soulless and disjointed workplace. It felt like everyone was just going through the motions, devoid of any passion or dedication to their work. The most egregious issue was the offshore management's sheer incompetence and apparent submission to their onshore counterparts. It was evident that decisions were made without any consideration for the local teams' expertise or input, leading to countless mistakes and setbacks. The offshore team members were relegated to mere puppets, unable to exercise any real authority or contribute meaningfully to projects. This one-sided dynamic resulted in a complete breakdown of communication and collaboration, leaving projects in shambles and timelines in disarray. What's even more concerning is the blatant nepotism that seems to run rampant within RightPoint. Some employees are placed in key roles, simply due to their connections, rather than their qualifications. These privileged individuals exhibited a toxic superiority complex, behaving as if they were the ultimate authority figures, regardless of their lack of expertise or experience. This nepotism-driven culture created an environment of favoritism and entitlement, undermining any semblance of fairness or meritocracy. In conclusion, my experience with RightPoint was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of culture, the incompetence of offshore management, and the blatant nepotism that permeated the company made it impossible to thrive or find any satisfaction in my work. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with or engaging with RightPoint to think twice and look elsewhere for a more supportive, capable, and equitable company. This is one experience I would rather forget, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.

Communication from top levels of organization is weak, either seeming underhanded or too direct. Struggling to unite the company and produce the targeted cash flow.
