Pros

- Some remaining friendly and collaborative people

Cons

- They have some the worst impolite clients with projects that are impossible to satisfy them. Clients keep changing requirements, making teams working 16 hrs /day but no one dares to call them out on it. - People are "resources" and #s to them. - They are shady and the leadership team has only one strategy is : lie to get the job done. - They can let go of people in a second if they are not billable

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive. They sold out to a company in India, and are currently replacing US developers with new offshore devs in new Indian offices. Would have monthly all-hands calls that barely discussed finances or sales, instead they'd force feed us slides about race etc. For awhile in emails and presentations they spelled woman "womxn" - eye roll. A lot of their clients are spoiled atrocious brats. A furniture store client ran off a few good devs but the sales and management folks could not have cared less. Beyond treating us terribly, they'd force us to do unethical work like manipulating users into signing up for predatory financing plans, or hiding reviews that were lower than three stars. Every single holiday they'd make us sign up for "shifts" to be "on call" for website issues, which was an excuse for the client to harass us on our time off. Always changing the health plan, at one point they cut our mental health care so badly people couldn't see their existing therapists anymore. Multiple rounds of layoffs recently. Apply at your own risk.

Pros

Compensation package appears to be industry standard and pay is competitive.

Cons

They are a publicly traded company owned by Genpact. They will let you go if they think it will earn their shareholders money. So, job security is a question.
