- Lack of authentic leadership - SOWs are often lacking a real-world perspective - Little to no process across the board - Young design culture - CEO does a lot of talking, but there's not a lot of action that matters

Remote work possible, not sure

Cons

No responsibility for clients(Morgan Stanley, Goldman etc) abusing Rightpoint employees. Expect you to work extended hours for peanuts salary. No medical leaves - extended work hours can take you to hospital but at your own expense and NO leaves even then!!! Can also hold your salary back for months. Might as well slit open your wrist if you are dying in a hospital anyway. I saved myself and left.
