Pros

Got opportunity to work on Azure DevOps

Cons

1) There is no job security. 2) you will be stuck with same tedious work. 3) Manager will be webbing against you and will try to find ways to through you out if you wont lick his boots. 4) I have seen 3 cases where in the DigOps department of Rightpoint the manager ploted against those 3 employees who were good at their jobs and stud their grounds where they were right and this caused them to lose their jobs. 5) Even after putting papers the employee is not safe, managers play tricks like they will release you within 24-48 hours of putting papers ( Company has 30 day notice period policy) This way they will take revenge from you via making you sit for 29-30 days at home without work because they want to make you look fool. 6) Joining Rightpoint was a mistake. They will give raise or promotion to only those guys who are ready to lick boots of theire manager. 7) Baised manageral decisions. 8) One more thing I want to mention that there is no fixed HR policy in Rightpoint. I sincerely doubt if that really exists.

Pros

Good people. Easy to find face time with senior management and owners. Fast paced and laid-back.

Cons

Growing pains moving from a start-up mentality to a full-fledged player in the market space. Clique-ish

Disappointing experience — great people, but poor leadership and ethics

Pros

There are no Pros from the last two years.

Cons

The company has completely lost its sense of integrity and empathy. Layoffs are handled in a careless and disrespectful way, without transparency or accountability. Leadership seems disconnected from employees and more focused on short-term numbers than people. It’s heartbreaking to see good people being treated like they don’t matter.
