Pros

Great Leadership, Smart People, Big Name Clients, Talented Employees, Great Growth Opportunities, Lots of Support Throughout the Company, Company Culture is Amazing. I can not say enough good things about this company. I have been working at Rightpoint for a few years and I have always felt this company was both challenging and engaging. There is a passion at this company that is felt throughout, a passion to succeed and to deliver the best of the best.

Cons

This is a very fast paced environment so you need to bring your A game everyday. That being said it is very thrilling to be around this kind of momentum.

Pros

Smart co-workers, fairly accessible management.

Cons

No recognition unless you're on a "cool" project. No investment in current employees -- always looking to hire from the outside rather than promote within. Insanely high utilization targets for consultants leads to high stress and virtually no time for training or career advancement. Career progression is a very low priority.

Great place to be if you're up to the challenge.

Pros

Big enough so that you get to work on impactful projects with household name clients, not so big that you're a cog in the machine. Leadership truly cares about the people - not just the bottom line. Lots of opportunity to make a difference without just getting pigeon holed in a role.

Cons

It's consulting and it's dynamic. Things change as priorities shift and sometimes hard decisions need to be made. That can sometimes result in temporary confusion and toes getting stepped on. There's a lot of work and expectations are high -- you have to remember to manage the balance.
