Pros

good work/life balance, nice office, some big-ish client logos, some smart delivery people

Cons

no sense of direction other than revenue attainment & utilization, different rules for pre-integration employees than post-integration, very clique oriented, unsupportive management, internal systems were home-grown at scale when company was 1/4 of size today and present serious bottlenecks, feels like a transactional mindset to our client work

Pros

The people are great. A-list clients. Good work/life balance. Pay is good. Leadership is accessible.

Cons

Lots of "perks" are disappearing like free lunches, happy hours, and bonuses. Every single project seems to go over budget or is poorly scoped. High utilization rate even for senior resources (92%). Too much focus on chargeability as there is no bench. Perpetual churn in org structure. We're hiring lots of middle-management types who are "strategic hires" but for reasons that are never made evidently clear to those of us who are not vice presidents.
