      Pros

      The people are some of the brightest, hardest working around. They deserve more recognition and appreciation.

      Cons

      Managers are some of the worst I've worked with - unprofessional, create a toxic work environment, two-faced, and often set their direct reports and team members up to fail.

      Pros

      The leaders of Rightpoint really understand how to create a company that cares equally about its people and its clients. I've been in the industry for more than 10 years and this is extremely rare.

      Cons

      One of the downsides of growth is that if you don't make your make, you can easily get lost in the shuffle. You need to be proactive in order to progress in the company's career model.
