Pros

Where do I begin? - Transparency by leadership - Incredibly supportive tact with employees - Endless growth opportunities - Very competitive pay - Consistent raises and bonuses - Great work/life balance - Recognition of contribution, support when growth is required - Genuine camaraderie among all - Insanely smart people - 100% stability, no layoffs (ever) - Consistent growth - Happy people - Flex work hours - Exciting projects - Tons of autonomy - 0% ego - really! - Fun

Cons

No organization is perfect, but everything that needs work is being worked on in a meaningful way. There could be more process and expectations so teams and individuals deliver in a consistent manner. Benefits could be slightly enhanced for competitiveness.

Pros

There is a lot of leadership support and warmth in the culture. Everyone here is dedicated to the work they do, and feel strongly about growing the business. It's exciting to come in and build something, and to have the support of the executive leadership to do that.

Cons

The agency is growing, so if you are someone who needs a structured environment, this will not be a good fit. If you work well in gray space and can move quickly, you'll do well.

Pros

The people here are absolutely brilliant - talented, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable etc. Opportunity to work with name brands doing exciting, complex, and rewarding work.

Cons

The office culture is down right toxic. Managers do not recognize and acknowledge the great work being done by their employees. Many team members are overworked due to poor structuring of accounts. Lots of finger pointing and blaming as several employees cover their own a**es to the detriment of others.
