Pros

One of the best aspects of Rightpoint is the people. Intelligent, driven and interesting people work at Rightpoint and ENJOY working at Rightpoint! The management is supportive on all levels and the culture is one of the best I've seen!

Cons

Rightpoint is growing which is great but it can make it challenging to get to know everyone really well. Also, there is always the challenge of having so many new clients and getting to really know your clients well.

Pros

I have never been at a job before where it feels like everyone genuinely likes being there and enjoys their job. I have made life-long friends at Rightpoint. Furthermore, career development and opportunity for growth is more real here than anywhere I have ever worked. Rightpoint truly cares about it's people and it shows. This company really walks the talk - they live their core values. The company is very innovative - employees are both tech creative oriented. Rightpoint is growing with new hires, but I have seen them retain their employees which is a difficult task in our market. Office space is innovative. Company events, such as "Rightpint", Movember, Breakfast Feedback Roundtables, Brain Food Fridays, etc, are fun, and present a great learning opportunity.

Cons

When I was at Rightpoint (I left because my family relocated), I didn't get to see members outside my team as often as I would like due to many people working at their respective clients. However, there are channels (i.e. Yammer, working in the office on Fridays, Happy Hours, etc.) available to keep in contact and grounded in the company culture.

Pros

Create Culture and commitment to it regardless of how large the company gets. Really look for the right people to match the culture of the organization.

Cons

Many people are being stretched as we grow, and as much as we talk about that being something we do not support, we continue to knowingly do it
