Pros

Sure Rightpoint has been lauded in the press as one of 'America's Most Promising Companies' and a 'Top 100 Workplace' and 'Best Places to Work' and...etc., etc. So, does it hold true to these values? Absolutely. I've never had the pleasure of working at (not for) a company that values its employees and their contributions more than I've witnessed firsthand at Rightpoint. Core values like Passion, Intrapreneurship, Integrity, Collaboration are more than just marketing speak on their website...we live these values everyday as team members and a company as a whole. The Founders have built something truly amazing here...and they equally value their company's growth/success alongside the betterment of each and every person they count as part of their family. I've been in and around high growth tech companies for years and this is the first company where I truly feel I can 1) Add significant value to the overall success of Rightpoint (and be 'heard' in doing so) 2) Realize tremendous professional career growth 3) Have fun working alongside folks who are wicked smart, have no egos, and are actually cool to be around 4) For the first time in my life, see myself building a career here for years to come. Having announced one of the largest growth equity investments in Chicago earlier this year, there is an amazing opportunity for every employee to achieve massive personal and professional growth as we continue building one of the leading tech/digital agencies in the country. Powerful feelings, I know...but that's what happens when you join an amazing company like Rightpoint. Never thought I'd view the company I 'work for' as my extended family...but that's exactly the kind of culture we have here. And the opps for growth are just endless.

Cons

With a high growth company, you'll need to get things done. Wear different hats. Be willing to take ownership of tasks without prompts. And be uber efficient. In short, act more like an owner than an employee. If you want a monotonous 9to5, best to look elsewhere.

Pros

- Great place to work if you feel like just showing up and knowing you aren't going to get fired - A good portion of people show up and work hard, but there are plenty who just don't care and know they are still going to receive a paycheck - Terrific work/life balance as you can come and go as you please - Beware of the "creative" team & their leader. They will undermine you the first chance they get

Cons

- Basic development skills, nothing groundbreaking - Developers who think they are God's gift to technology, but aren't exactly industry-leading - Condescending, clique-ish atmosphere (I saw one "veteran" employee take one "rookie" personal belongings and toss them on the floor because apparently the "rookie" wasn't allowed to sit at the so-called "cool" table) - Brad Schneider is very emotional and is not opposed to screaming at someone without getting the facts - The "rah rah" atmosphere is over the top - Some of the billing practices didn't make me feel good about my job
