Pros

Riivos uses the latest technology full stack. There are a zillion features they want to implement, so you will never get bored. They use Atlassian to schedule releases and prioritize bug fixing, so that's predictable.

Cons

There's always something boiling which needs to be brought to the front burner - hot fixes, or hot new feature needing to be well implemented & tested - now.

Some amazing talent, extremely intelligent, a broad range of experience and know-how. A pleasure to work with.
