Pros

Ability to work remotely when needed

Cons

Expensive Insurance, minimal paid Holidays, pay increases are laughable and don’t even keep up with the yearly increase in insurance premiums, employees leave and never get replaced, employees are stretched thin, salary is not competitive, upper management is a joke who doesn’t offer resources and only cares about the bottom line, frustrating hardware and software issues that make your work much more difficult, no stock options with this new pathetically run company

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth -- the company is rapidly growing and in coming years I have no doubt will expand internationally.

Cons

Same as with most startups -- being in the rapid growth phase there is a need to further develop processes and define corporate culture.
