Pros

Alight is a fast-paced, dynamic company that is changing the way executives run their businesses. The staff is friendly and hard working. There are plenty of opportunities to pitch in and contribute in many different ways - even outside your defined role. A can-do work attitude goes a long way here. Good work-life balance. The management team is aligned and all are working toward the same goal.

Cons

There is a lot of work to do. The company is expanding and hiring new employees, but sometimes it feels like there is a lot of work to do.

Pros

I've been with Alight almost two years and during that time, I've seen more and more excellent, smart, ambitious people join. The company is gaining momentum in its core areas and are signing many new customers. We recently moved to a new office in San Francisco and it makes for an extremely pleasant work environment. The culture is open, non-political, and non-hierarchical. A challenging and enjoyable place to be.

Cons

Like any startup, it can feel like there is too much to get done and not enough people to help. But, that's quickly changing with the addition of A+ players and the application of well documented processes. The organization is becoming more and more efficient and high performance.
