Pros

None. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Cons

Poor benefits. Not much PTO. High turnover of employees. Underpaying their employees. Unethical office politics. Unprofessional and toxic environment. Treats their employees less than human. Openly admitted to misleading job candidates with false job descriptions. What management says goes no matter what.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We’re disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience while employed at Rimkus, as that’s the opposite of our desired outcome for any employee. Rimkus has a professional reputation for upholding the highest ethical standards, and we take your comments to the contrary seriously. Additionally, we strive for a work environment where all employees feel supported, valued, and heard. Our four core values are integrity, accountability, commitment, and teamwork; we expect that all employees uphold these core values in all professional interactions as part of the Rimkus team. We know our employees have a choice when deciding where to work, and we aim to create a professional environment that offers a supportive management team, innovative tools and technology, and competitive pay and benefits. To allow our employees to provide us with honest feedback, we conduct regular anonymous surveys regarding all aspects of employment with Rimkus – and we listen carefully to the results. Aspects of the employment experience you described do not fit with our standards, and we would be interested in hearing more about your time with Rimkus. Pros

I don't work there any longer.

Cons

This is a long list but to be short, the company has been partially bought out by an investment firm. They have since let a lot of people go, including myself. This is to make the books look better by hiring managers at a lower rate, which mean lower skill level. In my case, the manager that was hired was clueless. To compound this, he was a non-US citizen who had a serious chip on his shoulder. He was constantly complaining about everything in this country. He despised me because I was a white male US citizen with more experience. His insecurity led to my termination. NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your time here was unrewarding. While it's true that we partnered with an investment firm, our partnership is enabling us to take advantage of opportunities to expand domestically and internationally through organic growth and acquisitions. Such growth will better position us to achieve our goal of becoming the global leader in forensic consulting. At Rimkus, we are hiring talented employees at a pace that exceeds any period in our company's history. We pride ourselves on promoting diversity, which includes diversity in management. Rimkus managers work hard to encourage, train, and support each of their team members to achieve their highest level of success. Termination decisions are based on performance standards, never on race, gender, age, or other protected class. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful for those who work hard to achieve them. Our CEO understands and supports these values. The only "retirement fund we're trying to build at employees' expense" is one that creates a brighter, more prosperous future for every member of the Rimkus family.

Pros

The pay was good, but it was like selling your soul to the devil. Flexible schedule Interesting work.

Cons

Dishonest management Self serving upper management who make decisions based upon what's in it for them. Different rules for different people. Business development people are clueless about true offerings and lie to clients to get jobs in the door. Then they turn their backs on the same clients.
