We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while employed at Rimkus. Rest assured, that’s the opposite of our desired outcome for any employee. Without a skilled team, a productive team, a motivated team….no organization can be successful in the long term. While it’s true that Rimkus management has changed over the years, it’s not true that we value profit over people. We care deeply about the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
In business, there’s a slogan: “Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your customers.” At Rimkus, we take that outlook to heart in every decision we make. Not only is the perceived “good old boy” network a relic of the past, but so is the idea that Rimkus lacks diversity. Never before have we hired and promoted a greater number of females, minorities, and LGBTQ workers into technical and management roles. Our commitment to diversity is a priority at Rimkus, and so is providing an environment where employees feel welcomed, challenged, supported, and valued.
