      Forensics is an exciting, dynamic field- even our most senior people are still learning regularly Great support from the team- colleagues and management Tremendous company culture- we care about our team members Great balance of independence and connectedness Work-life balance and flexibility Fast paced environment Professional challenge and satisfaction are very high Recently revamped our PTO policy, many saw an increase in vacation days The company is growing geographically and diversifying into new disciplines and practice areas Incentive plan allows the billable staff to earn extra income High level of camaraderie

      Not everyone thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires independence Workload can be highly variable Field work can be hot and dirty, at times

      Has care for its employees, great flexibility, overall professionality, enjoyable, has uniqueness in its disciplines and incentivizes its people. Having a role in this company gives you sense of family and a great team oriented atmosphere.
