      Pros

      The culture and the people truly make this a great company to work for, along with the many industry leading forensic engineers we provide to do the work in taking care of our clients. As an employee you truly feel valued and support from leadership. People go out of their way to help one another. The company has also been out in front of the Covid-19 and helping to keep all employees safe and healthy.

      Cons

      It's difficult for me to provide a con on our company. Like most growing companies, having enough civil/structural engineers due to mother nature with all of the storms, hail and hurricanes can sometimes be challenging for our folks. It's a good problem to have with a number of jobs coming in and busy schedules.

      Flexible hours with great family environment, co-works are willing to help you out. Good pay and good incentives.

      Work can be stressful at times due to deadlines and being able to turn around reports to clients.
