As you noted, there can be a high demand placed on certain billable employees in order to meet client needs, which can result in overtime. But that effort does not go without reward. We have a semi-annual incentive bonus plan in place, as well as an annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus. What's more, our workplace demographic grows increasingly diverse every day, resulting in our female and minority employees being placed into engineering and leadership roles faster than ever before.
