Pros

I am treated like a dog. No breaks no meals at this place. Vlad the CEO comes and throws a fit on and off. Screaming in my office.

Cons

While the company encourages constructive feedback from all current and past employees, your comments are not factually correct or accurately reflect the RingCentral’s culture or work experience. For Example: In the employee handbook under “Lunch and Break Periods”, lunch period is an unpaid period, usually commenced approx. 4 hours after starting time and for nonexempt employees, the company will make lunch period available no later than 5 hours after the nonexempt employee commences work. Nonexempt employees may also take two paid breaks per work day, each period lasting a max of 15 mins. The company does not tolerate bullying behavior in the workplace and these rules apply to everyone. We value our employee’s opinions and continue to make advances to make RingCentral the best place to work, but we would also expect all statements to be accurate and truthful.

Pros

A paycheck and that's it.

Cons

Very cliquish, no communication from management, top-heavy in some depts, too little in others. My paycheck was wrong 90% of the time, slow resolution to have it fixed. Consistently Chaotic. High turnover. Mediocre benefits. Not a team environment. In short, no one cares unless you are a chosen one.
