For Example: In the employee handbook under “Lunch and Break Periods”, lunch period is an unpaid period, usually commenced approx. 4 hours after starting time and for nonexempt employees, the company will make lunch period available no later than 5 hours after the nonexempt employee commences work. Nonexempt employees may also take two paid breaks per work day, each period lasting a max of 15 mins. The company does not tolerate bullying behavior in the workplace and these rules apply to everyone.
