      Pros

      I have been working for Rio since 1996 and I still love my Job like the first day I walk in. I love that everyone has the same opportunity to grow within the company. We work in teams, so everyone works together to accomplish team goals. They offer great benefits for the employees. You are encouraged to participate in making decisions and they recognize your efforts. The management team truly cares for all the employees as they care for the customers. I have not had a day that I don't want to go to work. I see my work like is my second home and family. I also love all the people I work with.

      Cons

      The 401K plan is good but could be better.

      A review from someone that currently works at Rio Grande

      Pros

      I’ve been with Rio for about 25 years. I started in the call center and have had many positions with Rio over the years and now one of five supply managers. I appreciate the opportunities to grow within the company. I find the work both challenging and enjoyable. The culture is unlike other companies that I have worked at in previous jobs. I find the people at Rio Grande do what they say and say what they mean. For me, the best “pro” is I’m given the opportunity to learn. Always with support and guidance and best of all, for me, is being allowed to learn through my own errors.

      Cons

      I would like to see a better 401K package and higher dollar matching.
